Our team of qualified and experienced physiotherapists have been helping patients in Highams Park, Chingford, Walthamstow, and surrounding areas regain their health, strength, and wellness since 2015. We are committed to providing bespoke treatment plans that cater to each individual's needs. E4 Physio was founded out of a passion for delivering exceptional care. Many of our team members have worked within the NHS, semi-professional sports, and alongside rugby, football, and cycling clubs. With a deep understanding of various sports and activities, many of us being athletes ourselves, we are driven by progress and results. We pride ourselves on being a transparent and honest practice. Our treatments are based on the latest scientifically validated, evidence-based approaches, and we will never recommend more sessions than necessary. To ensure the best possible outcomes, we work closely with local and London-based orthopaedic consultants, maintaining a strong relationship throughout your care to help you get the answers and support you need.
